From Order to Dispatch
Once you place an order with Vergeglean, our team begins preparing it for shipment. We typically need 48 hours to process your items before they are handed to the carrier. During periods of high demand, such as a site-wide sale or promotion, this preparation may take slightly longer, but we always work to get your package moving as quickly as possible.
Costs and Transit
The shipping cost for your order is calculated based on the pre-tax, post-discount value of the items you purchase. After your package leaves our facility, the carrier's transit time is estimated at 7 to 15 days. You may also see a separate delivery time estimate of 2 to 7 days. Please keep in mind that all timeframes we mention refer to business days.
